Welcome to Week 4! You've made it to the halfway mark! We hope you are having fun and feeling empowered! We will continue with single leg stabilization, progression to pushups, and lunges. Now it's getting really fun! You may want to have a few things ready before you begin:
A Yoga or Exercise Mat
Dumbell/kettlebell or water bottle to use for a weight
An exercise band if you have one
