Welcome to Week 1! We will focus on foundational exercises to create awareness of the core muscles that help you lift, push, and pull. In this week's workout, you may want to have a few things ready before you begin:
A Yoga or Exercise Mat
Chair, footstool or furniture (to elevate your legs)
Socks, paper plate, or furniture sliders
Yoga Block or a ball/pillow about 6-8 inches wide
