POSTPARTUM RESTORE AND POWER
A 6-week online fitness program to help you return to exercise safely
Muscular changes during pregnancy and childbirth can present challenges in re-establishing a safe and effective exercise routine. This course is led by our team of Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy Specialists who provide medically-informed exercise instruction tailored to meet postpartum-specific needs. The program will include two 30-minute workouts each week with a focus on flexibility, strength, pelvic floor exercises, posture, and breathing. Each class will highlight objectives to help clients develop body awareness, identify red flags during exercise, and make appropriate modifications for her recovering body. Participants have the option to connect with a pelvic health physical therapist to ask personal questions by requesting a phone consult.
