NATALIE RUFFE, DPT

Natalie is a physical therapist who specializes in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation. Originally from Oregon, Natalie moved to San Diego to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from San Diego State University. Her passion lies with the orthopedics sports community with previous experience throughout the county, but truly enjoys the rehabilitation of all patients, even having spent some time focusing on the pediatric population. Natalie has also invested much of her time in research examining the high school running population and injury rates. She has presented her research at the annual national physical therapy conference and is currently seeking publication for her manuscript. Natalie enjoys incorporating specific goals and passions of her patients into the rehabilitation process making it a collaborative effort and identifies each patient as a an individual requiring their own, unique rehab protocol. Natalie has always been an avid athlete and enjoys playing soccer, tennis, beach volleyball, and skiing. More recently she has joined the running community participating in various races and currently has her sights set on moving up to the next distance level for triathlons.
