Maggie Paola, Up Your Fit

Maggie Paola, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, has been coaching youth and adults since 2001. She’s a Pilates Instructor, triathlete, life-long gymnast, mountaineer, and mother of two. Maggie‘s attitude toward exercise is that it should always be fun and it will inevitably be rewarding. She’s worked with numerous new Moms to get their pre-baby bodies back. Her coaching approach integrates the intensive conditioning and fun of creative, unique moves with the discipline to always strive for improvement through effective consistent training.  Ultimately she is most deeply connected to physical activities that build her clients’ strength and self-esteem. Jason Polman, JMP Fitness and Performance

Personal TrainingJason has been a personal trainer since 2007 . He not only has a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology – Fitness, Health and Nutrition from San Diego State University, he is also a level 1 certified Precision Nutrition Coach and USA Track and Field Coach. Kyle Vallery, Eternal Fitness

Kyle2-2For the past 12 years, Kyle has been a certified personal trainer helping people achieve their goals in San Diego. Through his detailed personal training programs, Kyle is able to demonstrate his keen focus on client progress. His goal is to facilitate results through challenging the body and mind, all while maintaining a safe environment. Kyle has a bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University in Nutritional Science and has recently completed his Master’s degree in Exercise Science from CALU and is a Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR). Currently Kyle is completing his Licensed Massage Therapy program to utilize sports massage with his clients. 1-on-1 Personal Training Programs include a fitness assessment, nutrition analysis, and program design.
