BONUS SESSIONS

Great Job!  You've made it this far and we wanted to congratulate you with a few BONUS mini sessions of yoga with Maureen and the exercise ball with Liz!  You may want to have a few things ready before you begin:

  • A Yoga or Exercise Mat

  • Chair

  • Yoga Blocks or Pillows

  • An Exercise Ball ​


The following videos will be available for the rest of the series.  Feel free to start and stop them at anytime.  They are a little bit shorter, so you might find it easier to fit them into your day. You can add them to the other workouts or use them separately.
