- I have a B.S. degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in fitness, nutrition and health from San Diego State University and I am a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Personal Trainer.
- I have more than 5 years experience working in the fitness, rehab and sports performance settings.
- I am currently working with many clients who are striving to meet all their health, fitness and competitive goals.
- I am an alumnus of the San Diego State University Cycling and Triathlon Team and an active member of the Triathlon Club of San Diego, competing in both multisport and running events from sprint triathlons to ultra marathons.
Jason offers affordable prices and packages for individual and small group personal training in San Diego. He has trained athletes of all levels from beginners just getting started to elite endurance athletes. He also has the skills to create post rehab programs to allow our Physical Therapy clients to transition back to their active lifestyles.

For the past 12 years, Kyle has been a certified personal trainer helping people achieve their goals in San Diego. Through his detailed personal training programs, Kyle is able to demonstrate his keen focus on client progress. His goal is to facilitate results through challenging the body and mind, all while maintaining a safe environment. Kyle has a bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University in Nutritional Science and has recently completed his Master’s degree in Exercise Science from CALU and is a Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR). Currently Kyle is completing his Licensed Massage Therapy program to utilize sports massage with his clients. 1-on-1 Personal Training Programs include a fitness assessment, nutrition analysis, and program design.
